(I know her pose is a bit rigid, but I just wanted to hurry up and get her posted! Heh ^__^)
And sorry she doesn't have hair - I haven't learned how to use hair modifiers yet. Maybe for my next model though!

As a mere art appreciator, I can't spot the deficiencies in this. You say her pose looks stiff, I say it looks heroic--as if she was the aviator who single-handedly saved her squadron in a decisive battle, and this is the pose a sculptor is going to use for her statue.
By the way, I've been a fan of your work since I saw Bob the Gardener as a daily deviation three and a half-years ago. I was so floored by that piece that I (1) don't know if I commented on it and if I did, (2) probably babbled because I have no idea how to praise it properly!
